Arbour Grange Shalifa ('Shelley")has been a terrifically consistent Endurance horse over 8 seasons. Shalifa was 2nd lightweight at the WA 160Km State Championships in 2006 with an overseas rider.  In 2007 at the WA Tom Quilty she gained a Quilty buckle placing 2nd Lightweight and Best Conditioned lightweight horse. Shalifa's talents lie not only on the Endurance trails, but also in the show ring where she is an accomplished halter horse. She also has the potential to be an excellent ridden show hack and has been lightly shown under saddle.

Shelley successfully completed over 3000km in Endurance Competition with an exemplary log book.  She entered 37 rides and completed 34 of them- mostly placing in the top 3.

She has earned a rest from endurance and is enjoying being a broodmare.

We are fortunate to have Statuesque on lease from Roz Wooton.

We have had 2 of Statuesque's daughters successfully compete in Endurance:

• Rivlyn Kiara, who has been sold overseas and completed several FEI *** rides on the East Coast.
• Arbour Grange Shalifa

Statuesque's sire Ambition was also the sire of our exceptional endurance horse in the 1990's - Inez Al Nimir +CH ('Tiger'), who successfully completed over 6400km, including 6 x, 160km rides:

• 1991 - WA State Championships 1st LWT and Best Conditioned;
• 1992 - SA State Championships - 2nd LWT;
• 1994 - WA State Championships - 1st overall and Best Conditioned LWT;
• 1995 - WA Tom Quilty - 2nd LWT;
• 1995 - WA State Championships 1st overall and Best Conditioned HWT;
• 1996 - WA State Championships 1st LWT and Best Conditioned.

Statuesque's mother, Kalifa is the dam of another oustanding endurance horse, Celebration, who has placed in the Top 3 in the Tom Quilty on 3 separate occasions. A tremendous result.
